Patna, July 17 (IANS). NDA leaders in Bihar have described the first hydrogen train in India as beneficial for the country. He said that under the leadership of PM Modi, commendable work is being done continuously in the railway sector, due to which the public is directly benefiting from it.
Bihar BJP State President Sanjay Saraogi, while appreciating the development work done in the railway sector under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said that 75 Amrit Bharat Railway stations are being inaugurated in 20 states of the country including Siwan Railway Station of Bihar.
He said that these stations are being equipped with world class facilities, which will provide better facilities to the passengers. He claimed that after 2014, there has been significant improvement in the cleanliness, infrastructure and passenger facilities of railway stations.
On the issue of women’s reservation and delimitation, Sanjay Saraogi targeted the opposition and said that the opposition had earlier tried to stop the passage of the Women’s Reservation Bill, due to which it had to suffer political losses in various elections.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pledged to give political representation to women and the Central Government is committed to implementing women’s reservation.
At the same time, Janata Dal (United) chief spokesperson Neeraj Kumar, while commenting on the politics of West Bengal, claimed that dissatisfaction is increasing in Trinamool Congress (TMC) after the election results and the process of resignations has started in the party. He said that in the coming times many other party leaders and workers may also leave TMC as they have faced political humiliation.
On the political activities of Maharashtra, Neeraj Kumar said that the politics there is progressing as per the normal process. Describing Sharad Pawar as one of the senior and influential leaders of the country, he said that his meeting with any political leader naturally gives rise to political speculations.
Responding to the proposed bill providing for punishment for insulting Vande Mataram, Neeraj Kumar said that he was not aware of the detailed provisions of the bill. However, he believes that every citizen of the country should remember all the lines of “Vande Mataram” and necessary efforts should be made for this.
