Patna, May 12 (IANS). Bihar government minister Ram Kripal Yadav strongly retaliated on Assembly Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav’s statement on liquor ban. He said that there is prohibition in Bihar, no one should doubt it.

Politics has intensified after liquor bottles were found in the dustbin at the Secretariat in Patna on Monday. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has accused the NDA government that liquor ban in the state has completely failed.

Tejashwi said that finding liquor bottles in a sensitive complex like the Secretariat raises many questions. This is a matter of investigation and it should be investigated impartially. He alleged that the benefit of liquor ban is not getting to the general public but to the people in power.

Talking to IANS on Tejashwi’s statement, Bihar government minister Ramkripal Yadav retorted and said that action is taken against those who break the law. The bottles found in the Secretariat are being investigated; Strict action will be taken, no one will be spared.

Supporting PM Modi’s appeal to the countrymen, Minister Ramkripal Yadav said that PM Modi’s appeal is commendable and in the national interest. In view of today’s crisis, PM Modi has appealed. Even during the Corona period, his appeal was accepted by the public. I hope that this time also the public will accept the appeal for treason.

Congratulating Himanta Biswa Sarma on taking oath as the Chief Minister of Assam for the second time, Minister Ramkripal Yadav said that he is grateful to the people of Assam. Sarma has increased the development of the state in five years. The law and order situation there has been improved.

Defending the Education Minister of Bihar, Ramkripal Yadav said that no one can have such a mentality. The feeling of the Education Minister was not that daughters should not be educated, he had taken an oath to destroy education in every home.
