Lucknow, July 25 (IANS). Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar reacted on several important issues including protests by Samajwadi Party workers, students’ demonstration, proposed law to stop paper leaks, removal of 47 NTA officials and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s remarks about connecting with the youth.
Akhilesh Yadav had posted on X that those who took out the pistol forgot that if his studies had stopped midway, he would not have got this police job. Universities have always been broken by invaders, nothing else needs to be said. On this post, Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar said while talking to IANS, “When Samajwadi Party workers indulge in hooliganism, what else should the police do? Watch the full video of what Akhilesh Yadav tweeted or said. If Samajwadi Party workers do such things, will the police have to do their job? The job of the police is to stop such hooliganism.”
Regarding the protests being held at several places in the state, Om Prakash Rajbhar said, “This is not a real protest. They (Akhilesh Yadav) are doing this to influence the public and get votes before the upcoming elections. Later they will leak the exam papers, sell them, make people cheat in the exams and even sell government jobs. Actually, this is what this protest is all about. If it was a real protest, why don’t they present it that way? They Who’s stopping?”
On the order to demolish the Aliganj building after the fire, Rajbhar said, “During the tenure of the Samajwadi Party government, the demolition order was issued and withdrawn. If Akhilesh had not withdrawn the demolition order, 15 people would not have died. The demolition order is correct.”
On the video released late night by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rajbhar said, “The Prime Minister has always worked for the country, in the interest of the country and for its development. Be it youth, farmers, unemployed or common people, he has continuously worked for their welfare. The video he has released is a good initiative. It is dedicated to the people of the country.”
Regarding the proposed law to stop paper leaks, Rajbhar said, “It is clear that students want to ensure that exam papers are not leaked in future, and this is also the government’s intention. To achieve this, the government has passed a law. This is a positive step by the government.”
On the sacking of NTA officials over the paper leak issue, the minister said, “Action will be taken against those who have committed mistakes.
