Pawan Kheda posted on X, ‘Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has left for South America. He is scheduled to meet leaders of four countries, university students and members of the business world.

The Congress says that Rahul Gandhi will visit Brazil and Colombia where his university students are expected to interact.

The party said that it will hold meetings with presidents and senior leaders of many countries and strengthening democratic and strategic relations.

The party also said that India is trying to diversify trade and partnership in view of the US fee and in such a situation, Rahul Gandhi will be looking for opportunities with prominent people of the world. He will interact with students from universities in Brazil, Colombia and other places.

The Congress said that this important journey holds historical significance and has long been related to the non -aligned movement between India and South America, solidarity in ‘Global South’ and commitment to multi -polar world system.
