Ghaziabad, June 27 (IANS). Kalki Dham’s Peethadhishwar and religious leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam gave a strong reaction to the case of alleged theft in Ram temple donation. He said that mere resignation is not enough. This entire matter should be investigated impartially by CBI. This matter is related to the faith, devotion and belief of crores of Ram devotees, hence it is very important to get to the bottom of it and bring out the truth.
Acharya Pramod Krishnam, in a special conversation with IANS, said that this controversy related to Ram Temple is not just a matter of financial irregularities, but is an attack on the sentiments of crores of people. The faith of crores of people, the feelings of crores of people and the belief of crores of people are connected to Lord Shri Ram. If there is any kind of scam or theft in the donation amount then it is a grave sin. Therefore, the people of the country want that the investigation should be completely impartial and milk should become milk and water.
Raising questions, he said that who helped the people involved in this alleged scam, where did the money go and who are the people behind it, many questions are still arising in the minds of Ram devotees. Answers to all these questions can be found only when the investigation is handed over to an agency that is trusted by all parties.
Regarding the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that until the investigation is completed, all the members of the Trust should take moral responsibility and step down from their posts. If only a few people are convicted and a few are given a clean chit, it will raise questions about the impartiality of the investigation. The entire trust should step aside on ethical grounds until the investigation is completed, so that there is no doubt on the investigation process.
Appealing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene in this matter, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that crores of people of the country believe that during the tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, no guilty person can escape in any alleged scam related to Ram Temple. He urged the Prime Minister that to maintain public trust, instructions should be given to hand over the investigation of the case to CBI.
At the same time, reacting to the allegations of opposition parties, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that Samajwadi Party, Congress and other opposition parties have no connection with the faith of Ram Temple. The opposition has always been against the Ram temple. The opposition has found a political issue. To ensure that the opposition does not get a new issue, it is also necessary that all the members of the Trust resign and the investigation be handed over to the CBI, so that the entire matter can be investigated transparently and reliably.
