Smriti Irani discussed women empowerment and Amethi projects with CM Yogi

Lucknow, May 10 (IANS). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met former Union Minister Smriti Irani at his office on Sunday and the two discussed issues related to women empowerment and development projects in his former Lok Sabha constituency Amethi.

After the meeting, Irani shared details of his courtesy call with the Chief Minister on social media.

He wrote that he had a courtesy call on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who is dedicated to transforming Uttar Pradesh into an excellent state. During this, there was a fruitful discussion on issues related to my tenure in Amethi, development in the state, infrastructure works, women empowerment and entrepreneurship initiatives for women empowerment.

While sharing the information on social media platform

In another message, the Chief Minister’s Office said that today Uttar Pradesh Government Minister Dara Singh Chauhan paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Maharaj in Lucknow.

Giving information about another meeting held in his office, the Chief Minister’s Office said that today in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council member Brijesh Singh ‘Prinsu’ paid a courtesy call to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Maharaj. District Panchayat President of Jaunpur district Shrikala Dhananjay Singh was also present on this occasion.

In another development, MLA from Bansi assembly constituency of Siddharthnagar district Jai Pratap Singh paid a courtesy call on the Chief Minister. This information has been given in a statement.

Earlier in the day, Chief Minister Adityanath made the much-awaited expansion of his Council of Ministers, inducting six new ministers and elevating two ministers of state. The move appears to be a clear attempt to balance caste, region and organizational equations.
