New Delhi, June 27 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson RP. Singh on Saturday made a scathing attack on senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, saying that she is only doing vote bank politics on the Gaza issue.
R.P. While talking to journalists, Singh targeted Sonia Gandhi and said, “Sonia Gandhi talks about Gaza because she sees vote banks. But three thousand Sikhs were killed in Delhi during the time of her husband Rajiv Gandhi, she never talks about that. Children are going missing in Punjab, she keeps silence on that too.”
He further said, “She remains silent even about the case of rape of Satnami Bai by 27 people of Congress. She selectively talks about human rights. When it comes to her own people, she avoids answering.”
Singh said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most popular leader of the country today. The public loves him and votes in his name. This has never happened before. Manmohan Singh was handpicked by Sonia Gandhi. He was chosen by the Congress committee, not by the people of the country.”
RP on the alleged TET paper leak case in Maharashtra. Singh said that investigation is underway. He said, “Whoever is found guilty, action will be taken against him and the paper will be conducted again. No culprit will be spared.”
Supporting the statement of Bageshwar Dham’s Peethadhishwar Dhirendra Shastri, Singh said on the Ram Temple donation scam, “God will give severe punishment to those who steal money. The government and the court will also punish them.”
Emphasizing the 20-page report and 10 new revelations that came out in the Ram Mandir issue, he said, “The government is taking action on the basis of the report. No matter who the officer or employee is, strict action will be taken against him. No one will be spared.”
