It is the family of family, head of Rashtriya Janata Dal and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav. Tej Pratap Yadav and Rohini Acharya’s displeasure
Lalu Yadav’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav and his sister Rohini Acharya, are very upset with this crisis going on within the party. Tej Pratap Yadav, who was once considered his father’s political successor, is caught in a political struggle inside his family and party today. He repeatedly says to public forums that a ‘Jaichand’ has entered the party, which wants to hijack the party. Tej Pratap’s statement is a direct target at any one person, although he did not name. Despite this, it has become a big statement in the politics of Bihar.
Rohini Acharya, who is out of Tejashwi Yadav’s family, was also seen expressing her displeasure. Rohini shared a post on social media, in which he expressed deep displeasure over the political discord within his family. He also said that those who are betrayed in the party are trying to ruin the party, which was made by his father with hard work.
Now the question arises that who is this ‘Jaichand’, on which Tej Pratap and Rohini have become the center of Acharya’s displeasure? Although Tej Pratap never took the name of this person in public, but his language and signs make it clear that this person can be Sanjay Yadav, a close advisor to Tejashwi Yadav. Sanjay Yadav is also considered to be the ‘political guru’ of Tejashwi Yadav, and Tejashwi has an important role as a political advisor.
It is also said that Sanjay Yadav has played an important role in changing the image of Tejashwi. His work was not only limited to the strategy of Tejashwi’s speeches and tasks, but he also made many important changes within the party. Lalu Yadav’s old warlords were excluded from the party, and a new team was formed, which formed a new equation in the party.
Sanjay Yadav: A disputed character
Sanjay Yadav, political advisor and close friend of Tejashwi Yadav, comes from Nangal Sirohi village in Mahendragarh district of Bihar. Sanjay Yadav’s entering Bihar politics and even achieving an important place in the Rashtriya Janata Dal has been quite disputed. They are not related to Bihar, and the same thing knocks inside the party and the local leaders of Bihar. Sanjay Yadav, who was the first cricketer, also worked in a multinational company before joining politics. When Lalu Yadav was jailed in 2013, Tejashwi Yadav called him to the party and Sanjay Yadav started his political journey.
Sanjay Yadav’s political understanding and strategy made him close to Tejashwi. He not only gave a new look to Tejashwi’s image, but also established RJD on the college campus. One of his important contribution was that he helped to free Lalu Yadav’s image from the allegations of ‘Jungle Raj’ and presented Tejashwi Yadav as a secular politician.
Tejashwi Yadav and Sanjay Yadav have a deep connection
The friendship between Tejashwi Yadav and Sanjay Yadav is very deep. The level of mutual trust and understanding between the two is so high that Sanjay’s influence can be clearly seen in Tejashwi’s decisions. Tejashwi’s speech style changed considerably after 2015, and it can be seen only under Sanjay Yadav’s strategy. Sanjay not only changed Tejashwi’s political outlook, but also strengthened him.
Sanjay Yadav’s growing intervention angered many old leaders of the party. Many believe that more interference in their politics created a situation of breakdown in RJD. He is not only close to Tejashwi, but also considers the political equations of Bihar better and specializes in helping him. Tej Pratap Yadav himself had said that if this situation persists, then the elections could be a bad result in the elections. Rohini Acharya also believed that Tejashwi Yadav should be careful with the people around him. He also said that some people are now trying to destroy the party which Lalu Prasad Yadav raised after the struggle.
