Prime Minister Modi gave a memorable gift to Italy’s Prime Minister Georgia Meloni. He wrote the preamble of Meloni’s autobiography, “I am Georgia – My Roots, My Principal”, inspired by his own “Mann Ki Baat” episode, but in this he described the autobiography as Meloni’s “Mann Ki Baat”. Prime Minister Modi spoke of honor to write the preamble and the Italian Prime Minister also thanked him for writing the preface.

Prime Minister Meloni’s autobiography was published in 2021 and became the bestseller. In this, Meloni has described the struggles of his life, describing his journey from birth to becoming Prime Minister. His 288 -page autobiography is inspired by his famous speech, “I am Georgia”. The English version of the autobiography was launched in June 2025 with the preamble of Donald Trump Junior, and now its Hindi version is going to be published with Prime Minister Modi’s preamble.
