Meera Bhayandar, 5 November (IANS). Bhojpuri cinema superstar and RJD’s Chapra candidate Khesarilal Yadav seems to be in a new trouble. Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has issued a notice at his residence on Mira Road and has adopted a strict stance regarding unauthorized construction.
In the notice issued by the municipality, it has been said that the iron angle and shed installed outside the house of Khesarilal Yadav should be removed immediately, otherwise forceful action will be taken by the encroachment department. This matter came to light when encroachment in the Municipal Corporation area was investigated. Meanwhile, unauthorized structure was found on the bungalow of Khesarilal Yadav.
Due to Khesarilal Yadav and his family being busy in election campaigning in Bihar, no one was present at his house on Mira Road.
When the IANS team reached the spot and tried to get a reaction, no one was found present there. On the other hand, due to holiday in the Municipal Corporation, no formal response could be received from any official.
The notice said that a complaint has been received regarding construction of shed on ground floor, first floor and second floor with the help of iron angles and sheets in Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation Ward Committee Number 4, Mira Road (East), Opposite Old Petrol Pump, Kanasik County, Behind Natasha Park, Row House Number 1 and 2. Accordingly, when physical site inspection was carried out at the said location, it was revealed that in Row House No. 1 and 2, unauthorized construction of shed has been done on ground floor, first floor and second floor with the help of iron angles and sheets and also unauthorized construction has been done by changing the sanctioned map without permission.
The notice further said that you should immediately remove the unauthorized construction done by you yourself. Otherwise, action will be taken against the said unauthorized construction as per rules, the said construction will be removed or demolished by the Municipal Corporation and the cost of the said action will be recovered from you in the form of tax.
