There is huge enthusiasm among the devotees regarding the visit to the famous Badrinath Dham. The increasing number of pilgrims has broken the previous year’s record. Till Wednesday, a total of 14 lakh 53 thousand 827 pilgrims have reached Lord Badrivishal, while there is still one and a half month left for the doors to close. In the last year 2024, a total of 14 lakh 35 thousand 341 devotees had reached Badrinath Dham during the entire yatra period.
Due to the efficient travel management of the Dhami government, Chardham Yatra is setting records. The government and administration did not allow bad weather to come in the way of the passengers. Keeping in view the weather patterns, elaborate arrangements have been made in all the travel routes and stops. To ensure smooth movement of vehicles on the Yatra route, arrangements for JCB along with deployment of special teams have been made to immediately open the roads at sensitive places. Adequate arrangements have been made to accommodate the pilgrims in the Dhams. SDRF personnel are deployed to provide immediate help to the passengers on the journey route. Now arrangements have been made for bonfire as the cold increases due to snowfall.
Due to these concrete arrangements made by the government, devotees are reaching the Chardham Yatra with complete peace of mind. Along with Kedarnath, the increasing number of pilgrims in Badrinath Dham has also created a new record as compared to last year. On Wednesday, 5042 pilgrims had darshan of Lord Badrivishal.
