Deputy CM Vijay Sinha had come to inspect the booths of his constituency, but then the mob stopped his convoy. Within a few moments, the situation worsened so much that incidents of stones and cow dung being thrown at the convoy came to light. During this time, the security personnel somehow controlled the situation, but the voters and officials present there got scared.
Vijay Sinha’s allegation: RJD supporters attacked
After the incident, Vijay Kumar Sinha termed it a conspiracy. He clearly said that this attack was carried out by the supporters of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), who were allegedly trying to capture the booth. He said that this is an attack on democracy. RJD goons tried to spoil the atmosphere. The administration remained a mute spectator.
Vijay Sinha did not stop here. He also made serious allegations against the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Lakhisarai. He said that the SP here is coward and weak. He did not fulfill the responsibility of maintaining law and order.

After this incident the administration has come into action. Additional police force was sent to the spot and patrolling has been increased in the area. However, no arrest has been confirmed yet. At the same time, the allegations related to this incident have been rejected by RJD. Party leaders said that BJP is doing drama due to fear of losing the elections.
