Chhattisgarh News: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai openly expressed his views on development, good governance and political issues during his visit to Bilaspur. On this occasion, he inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of various development works costing about Rs 150 crore. Besides, detailed information was also given about the priorities of the state government and all the upcoming schemes.

The Chief Minister said that the State Government is trying to ensure whether the benefits of various government schemes are reaching the eligible people by directly reaching out to the public through “Good Governance Tihar”. He said that during this campaign, feedback is being taken from common citizens and their problems are also being solved immediately through camps.
Discussing the development works in Bilaspur, the Chief Minister said that a modern old age home for the elderly and a special ashram for the disabled will be established in the city. Apart from this, he also inspected the ongoing construction work in Nalanda campus and said that this will provide better educational facilities to the students. He congratulated the citizens calling these projects important steps towards the development of the area.
The Chief Minister targeted Congress in the case of alleged lathicharge on NSUI workers. He said that due to continuous election defeats, Congress is in a state of panic and there is internal tension going on within the party. According to him, Congress lacks concrete issues related to the public, hence it is making unnecessary allegations.
On the question asked about the alleged irregularities in the NEET examination, the Chief Minister said that the BJP government conducts fair and strict investigation in case of any complaint or crime. He made it clear that if anyone is found guilty, strictest action is ensured against him.
