About 51 days after the accident, the government has directed to issue a death certificate of missing people.
The Dharali accident is going to be about 2 months. About 67 people went missing in the accident, which was constantly tried to find from the administration. However, no clue of them could be found. This is the reason that now the government has ordered the Central Government to issue evidence of 67 people.
Approval received by central government
After the release of the death certificate, the family members of the missing people will be given financial help as relief. After the accident, a proposal was sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs to register the death of missing people on behalf of the state government. The Maharajistrar Ministry of Home Affairs has approved the death of the missing people.
Now the Ministry of Home Affairs has approved the death of the missing people in the Dharli disaster on the lines of the year 2021. A similar accident occurred in Raini in Chamoli district in 2021.
How will death certificate be released?
The central government may have given instructions to issue a death certificate, but it will take a long time. People missing in the disaster will have to file a complaint of the first missing person for the death certificate. After this, a 30 -day notice will be issued. After this, the death certificate will be issued if no objection is lodged.

On August 5 at Dharali in Uttarkashi, the cloud burst at around 1.45 pm, causing floods in the Kheer Ganga river. In which in just 34 seconds, Dharali village became frozen. Roads reaching Dharali have been completely destroyed. The debris had reached the village so fast that people could not get any time to recover.
