Dehradun. The Commission will pay ₹ 350 to each BLO for mobile data recharge to booth level officers engaged in special intensive revision campaign work in Uttarakhand. On the special initiative of Chief Electoral Officer Dr. BVRC Purushottam, orders have been issued to all 11733 BLOs of the state regarding payment for mobile recharge.
Chief Electoral Officer Dr. B.V.R.C. Purushottam said that the process of SIR has started in the state. During this period, BLOs will go door to door from June 8 to July 7 and distribute counting forms to voters. In this one month phase, the filled enumeration forms received from voters by BLOs will be digitalized through “BLO App”. Keeping in mind that the BLO does not face shortage of mobile data plan during this entire process, it has been decided to provide funds to the BLO for one month’s mobile recharge plan.
