Security alert issued in Uttarakhand
Intelligence agencies have issued a security alert for Delhi and Uttarakhand in view of the possible terrorist threat. Security arrangements have been increased at sensitive religious and public places and police and other security agencies have been instructed to be extra alert.
Agriculture projects worth ₹369 crore started
Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched 41 agriculture and rural development projects worth about ₹369 crore at Rudrapur in Udham Singh Nagar. These projects aim to strengthen horticulture, agricultural production and rural infrastructure.
