The Prime Minister has been using the Pahari dialect language in the programs of Uttarakhand, but on the special occasion of Silver Jubilee, he spoke as many times and as many Garhwali-Kumaoni sentences as he had never done before. He said that climbing the Paali hills, the wait for development has already been stopped, now a new path has started opening, the meaning of this sentence was that earlier the path of development was stopped on the mountains, but now new paths are opening from there. The Prime Minister not only included the dialect in his speech, but also mentioned in detail the glorious folk festivals, folk traditions and important events of the mountain.

He recalled important cultural events like Harela, Phuldei, Bhitoli, Nanda Devi, Jauljibi, and Devidhura fairs. Along with this, the famous Dayara Bugyal Butter Festival (Andhudi Utsav) celebrated in the high Himalayan Bugyal of Uttarkashi was mentioned.
