Dehradun. Additional Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande addressed the media at the Secretariat on Wednesday regarding the special intensive revision program in Uttarakhand. During this, he said that 98 percent of the enumeration forms have been distributed under the SIR process in the state. Whereas 12 percent calculation forms have been digitized. Additional Chief Electoral Officer said that more than 99 percent forms have been distributed in 5 districts of the state namely Champawat, Rudraprayag Almora, Chamoli, Pithoragarh and Pauri Garhwal. Whereas even in the districts with least progress, about 95 percent forms have been distributed in Dehradun, 96 percent in Nainital, 97 percent in Nainital and Tehri.
Additional Chief Electoral Officer said that Almora is at the top position in digitizing the counting forms in the state with 33 percent, Pauri Garhwal with 25 percent, Pithoragarh with 23 percent. Along with this, only 4 percent forms have been digitized in Nainital, 7 percent in Dehradun and about 8 percent in Udham Singh Nagar district. Additional Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande said that instructions have been given to all the districts to complete this campaign in a time bound manner. He informed that 22 thousand 900 booth level agents have been deployed by all the recognized political parties in the state. A meeting will be held with political parties under the chairmanship of the Chief Electoral Officer on Thursday, June 18.
Additional Chief Electoral Officer said that after the distribution and compilation of counting forms by July 7, the booths will be reorganized in a week. After this, the draft roll will be published on 14th July 2026. Along with this, time has been given to file claims and objections between 14th July to 13th August 2026. Meanwhile, from July 14 to September 11, 2026, all claims and objections will be resolved by issuing notices. As per the instructions of the Commission, the final voter list will be published on 15 September 2026.
Additional Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande said that voters themselves can fill their counting form online through ECI Net app. He said that for the convenience of the voters, the Election Commission of India has introduced the feature of “Book a Call with BLO” through which voters can book a call with their BLO at a single click. For this, voters can book their call by visiting https://voters.eci.gov.in website or by downloading the mobile app. After booking the call, the voter will be personally contacted by the BLO within two days.

Additional Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande said that for the convenience of voters, the voter list for the year 2003 is available on the official website of Chief Electoral Officer, Uttarakhand, https://ceo.uk.gov.in, where voters can get information about voter number and booth number on the basis of their assembly constituency, their own and their father’s/husband’s name. Along with this, facility to search voter list by name of street, locality and area has also been provided.
