
IPL Final GT VS RCB: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) won the toss and decided to bowl against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the title match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on Sunday. Both the teams would like to win this match and win the title for the second time.
RCB has not made any changes in the ongoing final match at Narendra Modi Stadium. After winning the toss, RCB captain Rajat Patidar said, “We will bowl first. It is a very good wicket. I don’t think there will be much change in it. There are a lot of memories from last year. We will have to give our best to win this match. It is very important to stay in the present. We will focus only on the things which are under our control. I always like playing in this stadium. Our team is the same.”
Meanwhile, GT captain Shubman Gill said, “After winning the toss, we would have batted first. This is a normal wicket, we are playing our third match here. The fast bowlers can get some help in the first three overs. This is one of the biggest stadiums in the world. We have made a change in the team. Arshad (Khan) has come in the team in place of Sai (Kishore).”
This season, 3 matches have been played between RCB and GT. On April 24, RCB won against GT by 5 wickets, after which it had to face defeat by 4 wickets on April 30. In Qualifier-1, RCB had defeated GT by 92 runs.
Gujarat Titans won the IPL 2022 title, while Royal Challengers Bangalore is the champion team of last season.
