On Friday, Praggnananda registered a brilliant performance against Germany’s Vincent Keimer in the 10th and last round of the classical chess event. Praggnananda, playing with white, won on the 45th move and took full advantage of the mistakes made by Keymer. They finished the tournament with a total of 18 points with five wins, two losses and 2 draws. Praggnananda’s two drawn matches were decided in the Praggnananda Armageddon game, in which he was successful in winning.

During this, he defeated world number one Magnus Carlsen for the second time in the tournament and also registered an important win against D. Gukesh. Praggnananda has become only the second player after 2021 to win four consecutive classical matches in Norway Chess. Before him, this feat was achieved by Magnus Carlsen.
