Ahmedabad, June 15 (IANS). Adani Enterprises Limited and global manufacturing company Jabil on Monday announced a strategic partnership to build a world-class, vertically integrated AI and data center infrastructure manufacturing platform in India.
The companies plan to set up multi-gigawatt high-density AI rack manufacturing capacity in India.
According to a company statement, it will address the critical infrastructure needs of global hyperscalers, co-location facilities and enterprise data centers through advanced manufacturing and integration of next-generation liquid-cooled AI racks, servers, storage and networking systems using state-of-the-art SMT (surface mount technology) and complex box-build processes.

This strong partnership will be designed to directly address the rapidly growing local and global demand for AI-ready data center hardware.
In addition to computing racks, the partnership includes the manufacturing of a full range of ‘white space’ and ‘grey space’ devices. This includes power distribution units (PDUs), coolant distribution units (CDUs), transformers, switchgear, bus bars and advanced thermal management systems. Adani and Jabil together want to create an end-to-end, design-to-deployment hardware ecosystem to provide a single, fully integrated solution for infrastructure developers.

The initiative seeks to capitalize on a global market opportunity of more than $3 trillion over the next seven years, driven by structural investment in AI compute.
This partnership is directly aligned with Adani Group’s $100 billion commitment to build 5 GW of green-energy-powered, hyperscale AI-ready data centers by 2035 and further strengthens existing partnerships with global technology leaders.
India’s data center market is at an inflection point; According to industry estimates, its capacity could reach 5-8 GW by 2030 due to the increasing demand for AI, expansion of cloud and data localization needs.
