Ahmedabad, April 30 (IANS). Adani Group’s leading company Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) said on Thursday that the company’s net profit has increased by 31 percent to Rs 9,339 crore in the financial year 2026, which was Rs 7,112 crore in the last financial year 2025.
The company’s total income grew by 3 percent to Rs 1,02,943 crore, while EBITDA remained stable at Rs 16,464 crore.
By the end of FY2026, the company has transitioned itself to a stronger infrastructure-based model. Now 80 percent of the company’s earnings are coming from such stable and long-term businesses, which has further strengthened the confidence of future earnings.
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said that the company has performed well this year too and has made steady progress in its core infrastructure business.
He said that the special thing is that most of the company’s earnings are now coming from its strong infrastructure and mining services business, which shows its large and stable operation.
In FY 2026, the company worked rapidly on many big projects like Navi Mumbai International Airport, Guwahati Airport and Ganga Expressway.
The billionaire industrialist further said that as India’s economy is growing rapidly, the company is also focusing on strengthening its infrastructure business.
Company incubation (the process of developing a new business) has now passed the initial investment and stabilization stage. This will enable the company to achieve consistent cash flow and better value in the future.
In the fourth quarter of FY 2026, the company’s revenue increased by 20 percent on an annual basis to Rs 32,439 crore. Along with this, the company has also declared a dividend of Rs 1.3 per share to its investors.
Not only this, Ganga Expressway, India’s largest greenfield project built by Adani Group in the fourth quarter, was inaugurated on April 29, which was completed in a record time of less than 3.5 years.
Adani Wind, under Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), is the only company in India to feature in the ‘Bloomberg NEF Global Top 15 Turbine Manufacturers List’.
Additionally, the company’s solar module sales grew by a massive 95 percent to 1,459 MW.
According to the company, AdaniConnex has handed over a 4.8 MW capacity data center (Phase-2) in Hyderabad to the customer, taking the total operational capacity to more than 55 MW.
