Ahmedabad, February 3 (IANS). Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), the flagship company of Adani Group, has performed well in the third quarter (October-December quarter) of FY 2026. The company’s net profit has increased almost 90 times compared to last year to Rs 5,627 crore.
In the exchange filing, the company said that the consolidated Ebitda (EBITDA) of the company in the first nine months of the financial year 2025-26 stood at Rs 11,985 crore, while the total revenue during this period was recorded at Rs 69,756 crore.
AEL further strengthened its track record of consistent operations and rapid project completion during the quarter by commencing operations of Navi Mumbai Greenfield Airport less than five years after its acquisition.
Adani Enterprises completed two HAM Road projects and also inaugurated the new Integrated Terminal Building of Guwahati Airport. All these projects were completed on time.
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said that due to strong strategy and better functioning, the company has performed well in the first nine months of FY 2026. This shows the strength of their diverse infrastructure projects and business model.
Gautam Adani said that the commencement of operations of Navi Mumbai International Airport is a historic step. This proves the company’s commitment to building big projects needed by the country quickly and accurately.
He said that continuous progress is being made in airports, renewable energy, data centers and transport infrastructure. Along with this, the company is ready to grow rapidly with the investment received through rights issue and NCD.
The company successfully completed a rights issue worth Rs 24,930 crore, which received 30 percent more subscription than the market. Apart from this, the company also issued NCDs worth Rs 1,000 crore in January 2026.
Adani New Industries (Green Hydrogen Ecosystem) continued to sell more than 1 GW of modules every quarter. In this quarter, sales of solar modules in the country increased by 40 percent to 997 MW.
Adani Solar has now become the only Indian company to be included in the world’s top-10 solar manufacturing companies.
AEL’s Water Business has received Letter of Intent for Mithi River Project. At the same time, ACX Data Center commissioned 14.4 MW capacity, taking its total operational capacity to more than 50 MW.
Gautam Adani said that as India moves towards becoming a $5 trillion economy, Adani Enterprises will continue to develop companies that contribute to economic growth, environmental protection, technology and the long-term interests of the country.
