Mumbai, February 3 (IANS). Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) on Tuesday released its Q3FY26 results. In the October-December period, the company’s consolidated profit has increased by 21 percent on an annual basis to Rs 3,043 crore.
In the same quarter of the last financial year, the company had registered a net profit of Rs 2,518 crore.
Its income grew 22 per cent year-on-year to Rs 9,705 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 7,964 crore in the same period of FY25, the company said in an exchange filing.
The performance of Adani Ports’ core business has been very strong in Q3FY26. This includes ports, logistics, marine services and international operations.
Ashwani Gupta, Whole-time Director and CEO, APSEZ, said that as India’s largest and the world’s fastest growing integrated logistics company, APSEZ has once again demonstrated a strong and sustainable performance.
Gupta further said that the combination of continued momentum across the four business pillars and the consolidation of NQXT has enabled us to raise the upper end of our EBITDA guidance to Rs 800 crore for FY2026.”
The company has maintained a strong position in the Indian container market and the market share during this period has been 45.8 percent.
APSEZ reported that earnings from domestic ports grew by 15 per cent, while EBITDA reached an all-time high of Rs 4,877 crore.
Asset-light services played a key role in boosting logistics income, which grew 62 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,121 crore.
The company said there has also been a strong improvement in profits from international freight services. At the same time, income from maritime services has also doubled in the quarter to Rs 773 crore.
The company has also received strong ratings from international agencies due to its strong financial performance. Japan Credit Rating Agency has given the company an “A-” rating, which is higher than India’s sovereign rating.
At the same time, Moody’s has revised its outlook on the company from “negative” to “stable”. Also, the rating has been maintained at Baa3.
