BSNL has announced this recharge plan through its X (earlier Twitter) handle. Its validity is 72 days and it offers unlimited calling across India as well as free national roaming. In this cheap plan, users get 2GB data and 100 free SMS daily. The price of this prepaid plan of BSNL is ₹ 485.
Earlier, BSNL had also launched a cheaper plan of ₹299. The validity of this prepaid plan is 30 days (full month) and includes unlimited calling and free national roaming; There are no extra charges for calling any number in India. Apart from this, this plan also offers 3GB high-speed data and 100 free SMS per day.
network upgrade
BSNL has been working on upgrading its network for the last few years. The company launched 4G service across India in November last year. Also, BSNL is preparing to launch 5G service; For this, it installed about 100,000 4G mobile towers last year and continues to upgrade its tower infrastructure.
In recent months BSNL has added a large number of new users to its network. According to a new report by TRAI, the number of BSNL subscribers has crossed 93 million (9.3 crore). The company added approximately 100,000 new users to its network in the months of April and May.
