Amazon Prime Day Sale 2026 starts from July 4, while Flipkart GOAT Sale 2026 will also start for customers at the same time. Amazon Prime Day Sale is only for Prime members and will run from July 4 to July 6. This means that without Prime membership you cannot take advantage of this sale’s offers. However, you can take Prime membership before the sale starts. If you don’t want to pay full price, Amazon is offering ‘Shopping Only’ Prime membership for ₹399 per year. On the contrary, the Flipkart GOAT Sale will be open to all customers, although Flipkart Plus members will get access 24 hours earlier.

Talking about payment offers, both the platforms will offer benefits like bank discounts and no-cost EMIs. For Prime Day, Amazon has partnered with SBI and Axis Bank; Customers who use these credit cards for full payment or EMI transactions will get an additional discount of 10% (with limit). Additionally, Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card users can get unlimited 5% cashback (only on entire transactions).
At the same time, in Flipkart GOAT Sale 2026, 10% discount (with limit) is available on payment through ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda and HSBC Bank credit cards. If payment is made through Flipkart Axis Bank or Flipkart SBI Bank credit card, additional cashback can also be available. Talking about delivery and special benefits, Amazon Prime members will continue to enjoy fast delivery, Prime Video, Prime Music and other Prime services. At the same time, Flipkart Plus members will get additional benefits like early access and Supercoins.

The focus of both the companies seems to be different. For the Prime Day Sale, Amazon claims that it will launch more than 500 new products and offer more than 15,000 deals. In contrast, the Flipkart GOAT Sale mostly focuses on smartphones from big brands – especially the iPhone series – and premium electronics.
Talking about deals, Amazon has already announced several smartphone offers. These include the effective price of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra at ₹ 84,999, OnePlus 13 at ₹ 49,999, OnePlus 15R at ₹ 48,999 and OnePlus N6 at ₹ 19,999.
On the other hand, Flipkart GOAT Sale has announced the starting price of iPhone 17 at ₹70,990 and iPhone 17 Pro at ₹1,12,900. Apart from this, big offers are also expected on iPhone 16, iPhone 15 series and other premium smartphones.
