The famous Chardham Yatra of Uttarakhand is going to start from 19th April 2026. Before the commencement of this yatra, the government has started online registration for the pilgrims. If you are planning to visit Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri, then register in advance. Registration can also be done easily on website, mobile app and WhatsApp. With this, pilgrims will not have to stand in long lines. You will also get timely information about the journey. How to register for Chardham Yatra?
It is quite easy to register for Chardham Yatra. You can easily complete the registration process by visiting the Uttarakhand government website registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in.

First of all, go to the official website and click on Register/Sign Up option.

Enter your name, mobile number and other required information.

Then, verify the number using the OTP received on your mobile number.

After completing the login process, click on Add / Register for Yatra option.

Now fill in the remaining required information for your traveler and upload your identity card.

Finally, after submitting the form, download the registration slip or QR code.

How to register using mobile app?
If you want to register for Chardham Yatra using the mobile app, you need to download the Tourist Care Uttarakhand app from Google Play Store or App Store on your iPhone or Android phone. Log in to the app and enter all your details. After completing this, you can also download the registration slip or QR code from here.

How to register for Chardham Yatra using WhatsApp?
For the convenience of passengers, the government has also started the facility of registration through WhatsApp. To do this, you first have to save the number 8394833833 in your mobile phone. Then, type ‘Yatra’ and send a message to this number. After this, the chatbot will tell you the further process and after taking the necessary information, it will complete your registration.
