Chanakya, who was considered an expert in policy, had a big message which he gave to his king and said that as long as you follow it, no one will be able to hold you back from your success. That sentence was “First complete your work and then discuss it anywhere”.
Donald Trump made a noise across the world that the war between Israel and Hamas is over and he is a peace messenger. Not only this, he also declared himself a suitable candidate to receive the Nobel Prize and started putting pressure on him everywhere through his supporters. But after knowing the ground report that has just come, the claims of the US President will appear completely hollow.
The situation has once again become tense after the clashes in Gaza on Sunday. This is considered to be the biggest violation of ceasefire so far. Israeli attacks killed at least 40 Palestinians, while violence erupted after the initial incident killed 2 Israeli soldiers.
Both sides have blamed each other for the cause of the conflict and there are contradictory claims about what happened on the ground.
Israel claims: Hamas attacked first
Israel says Hamas fighters emerged from a tunnel in the Rafah area and targeted a military vehicle with a rocket-propelled grenade, killing two soldiers.
The Israeli army also alleges that other soldiers were injured by sniper fire in the same area.
Many Israeli politicians have even demanded an end to the ceasefire and resumption of the war.
Hamas responds: “False accusations against us, we were not involved”
Hamas issued a statement saying that it had no connection with the incident in Rafah.
On the contrary, he accused Israel that “Israel has been breaking the agreement since the first day of implementation of the ceasefire.”
Hamas also claimed that contact with its units present in the Rafah area has been completely lost since March, so its role in those incidents is not possible.
America’s role and diplomatic pressure
Meanwhile, America is taking active steps to ensure that the situation does not worsen.
Donald Trump administration envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are arriving in Israel to keep the ceasefire plan on track.
US Vice President JD Vance will also reach Israel on Tuesday.
Trump said the attacks may not have been ordered by Hamas leadership, but were a reaction from “some rebel groups.”
American officials are also talking about continuing diplomacy and avoiding direct comments.
Third claim – IED was the real reason for the attack?
There have also been claims in American media that the blast was actually caused by an Israeli vehicle hitting an unexploded IED — meaning the attack was not from Hamas at all.
Some American journalists say that Washington has told this to Israel also.
The situation is delicate, but a major conflict seems to be averted
Although there were reports of clashes on Monday and Israel claimed to fire on terrorists if they crossed the “yellow line”, the resumption of large-scale fighting seems to be averted for now.
The situation in Gaza is still very delicate and the eyes of the international community are on whether the ceasefire survives or breaks completely.
