US President Donald Trump again claimed to have a ceasefire between India and Pakistan. In addition, he has said that he is going to take a “very important decision” on the Russia-Ukraine war in the next two weeks, indicating that he can “impose heavy restrictions or tariffs on the Kremlin or tell Kiev that it is not a Washington war.”
Trump said that his decision would depend on the events in the next two weeks and pressured Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodimir Zelanski for a meeting.
Talking to reporters at the Oval Office, Donald Trump said, “In two weeks, we will know which path I am going on because I will go on one way or the other.
He said, “Two people are needed for Tango. I wanted to meet both of them. We will see if they did not meet, why this happened when I asked them to meet.”
When asked about a recent Russian missile attacks about an American factory allegedly targeted in Ukraine, Donald Trump said, “I am not happy with this and I am not happy with anything related to that war. I am not happy at all.”
Trump again claimed that he stopped ‘potential’ nuclear wars and six other wars and three possible wars between India and Pakistan.
He said, “I have settled seven wars, and if you think about the war, they will be three, that is, a total of 10 wars. I am not happy at all. In the next two weeks, we will see what will happen next. We have resolved the possibility of nuclear war with India and Pakistan. It was preparing to become a nuclear war.”
Earlier, Russian External Affairs Minister Sergei Lavarov said that Vladimir Putin is ready to meet Ukraine President Volodimir Zelansky, provided that all issues related to the solution of conflict between Moscow and Kiev are fully worked.
Lavarov told RT on Thursday, “The Russian President has repeatedly stated that he is ready to meet others, including Zelansky, provided it is to understand that all issues requiring the highest level of discussions were worked in depth by experts and ministers.”
