Missile attacks have been carried out targeting important gas and oil facilities in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The UAE Defense Ministry has confirmed that the air defense system successfully destroyed 7 missiles fired by Iran in the air. Following these attacks, work at Abu Dhabi’s Habshan gas facility and Bab oil field has been currently halted.

How much damage was caused by the attacks?
Abu Dhabi Media Office said that Habshan gas facility and Bab field had to be closed due to falling missile debris. There has been no news of anyone being injured or killed in this incident. Authorities have appealed to the public to rely only on information from official sources. Earlier, there was also a drone attack on Shah Gas Field due to which a fire broke out there and operations had to be stopped.
Which places were affected by the attacks?
In the last few days, many energy facilities of Gulf countries have been targeted. Apart from UAE, similar incidents have also come to light in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
