New Delhi. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini senior IPS officer Y. A strict ultimatum has been given to the culprits in Puran Kumar’s suicide case. CM said that this incident is very unfortunate. The victim’s family has demanded justice from me, I have assured them that whoever is found guilty after the investigation, no matter how big a person he is, will not be spared. CM said, injustice will not be allowed to the victim’s family in any way. On the other hand, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and BSP supremo Mayawati has appealed to the Supreme Court and the Central Government to take cognizance of this matter.

Mayawati wrote in a post on her social media account, Senior IG rank police officer in Haryana state Y. The incident of suicide by Puran Kumar, whose wife is also a senior IAS officer of Haryana, due to casteist exploitation and harassment has shocked the entire country. People especially belonging to Dalit and Bahujan community are quite agitated by this incident. This sad and very serious incident is shameful for the government. There should be a timely, independent and impartial investigation into this unfortunate incident and the culprits should be given strict punishment so that such painful incidents that embarrass the civilized society do not happen again.
BSP supremo demanded the Haryana government to take this incident with full sensitivity and seriousness. He said, it would be better if the Supreme Court and the Central Government also take proper cognizance of this incident. From such incidents, those people who talk about creamy layer by linking SC, ST and OBC reservation with their economic status should definitely learn, because even after getting money and position, casteism does not leave them and casteist exploitation, atrocities and oppression continues at every level, the latest example of which is the current incident in Haryana.
