She told that she was sitting there in Padmasana posture and suddenly the manager reprimanded her for the way she was sitting. He was instructed to sit properly because the other guests present there were having trouble with the way Sharma was sitting.

Not only this, the manager also insulted him for his choice of clothes – traditional salwar kameez and footwear – Kolhapuri slippers.
He said that he worked hard and earned his place in fine dining, but the hotel is full of opulence, culture and class.
The manager told them that this is fine dining and many rich people come here. Therefore, you should sit correctly.
The manager even instructed him to wear closed shoes.
Angered by this, Sharma said, “I wear Kolhapuri slippers, I have bought them with my hard work and have come here. But after coming here, the staff telling you to sit with your feet down is completely wrong.”
She said that she respects industrialist Ratan Tata a lot, but this incident made her disappointed with Taj.
Regarding Ratan Tata, he told that he had also been an investor in Sharma’s company.
Taj has not yet responded to these allegations, but this post has received many comments supporting Sharma and criticizing the hotel group.
An ax handle user wrote, “You should have told that the guest who has a problem should come and meet you. It would have been better if you had stood up and walked out, we pay the money and leave, we are customers and if they come to insult us then why should we tolerate it?”
They are from us, we are not from them. If they don’t feel the need then we should go out.”
