New Delhi, 11 September (IANS). Natural remedies for body and skin care have been given the most importance in Ayurveda. In modern times, while people are becoming dependent on soap and beauty products made from hard chemicals, Ayurveda reminds us that the real beauty is hidden in the lap of nature. Especially the use of Ubatan has been part of the Indian tradition for centuries. This is not just an cosmetics, but a scientific and natural method of complete skin care.
Soap removes dirt from the surface of the skin, but at the same time it also eliminates natural oil and moisture of the skin. This makes the skin dry, lifeless and sometimes sensitive, while the boil is pH-friendly and keeps the skin’s natural oil safe. Its biggest advantage is that the use of it makes the skin clean, soft and shiny, without any chemical relics.
Many natural materials are used to make boil. Some of these are prominent such as gram flour, turmeric, sandalwood and milk. To make the boil, first of all, prepare a paste by mixing all the ingredients. Massage the paste with light hands on your skin and then wash it with water and clean it. You will see a soft, shiny color without any chemical remains.
According to Ayurveda, gram flour cleanses the skin deeply and removes dead skin. Turmeric has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which protect the skin from infection and give natural glow. Sandalwood provides coolness to the skin. At the same time, the lactic acid present in milk provides moisture to the skin and works as a tanning. Regular use of boils helps to detoxify the skin. It revives new cells by removing dust-soil, pollution and dead cells from the surface of the skin. The special thing is that the boil is completely natural, so the use of any type of side effects is extremely low.
