The new variant in the Pulsar N160 line-up comes with golden colored USD front forks and a single-piece seat
Bajaj Auto Limited has today launched a new variant of its popular Pulsar N160 in the Indian market. This new model has gold USD forks and single-seat setup, which makes riding comfort and control better than before. This updated variant further strengthens Pulsar’s commitment to making sports biking accessible to more people. The new Pulsar N160 has been priced at Rs 1,23,983 (ex-showroom Delhi) and will be available across India.
This new variant is designed for riders who want the convenience of a single seat, but also want to enjoy the precise handling, better control and strong road presence that USD forks provide. This improves everyday drivability, while the sporty and aggressive look of the bike remains as attractive as before.
Initially Pulsar N160 was launched with a split seat, which received a good response, but later it was found that many customers buying this bike prefer a single seat for family riding. Keeping this need in mind, the new Gold USD fork and single seat variant has been designed, which becomes a well-balanced option for the customers. This variant will be available in four new and attractive colors, which include Pearl Metallic White, Racing Red, Polar Sky Blue and Black. In terms of design, this bike further enhances the strong and sporty identity of the N series.

Apart from the new front suspension and seat, there are no changes in the features, hardware and engine specifications of the Pulsar N160 UG. Features like USB mobile charging port, bi-functional LED projector headlamp, turn-by-turn navigation and ABS ride modes remain the same. The ground clearance of this bike is 165 mm and its weight is 152 kg.
The Pulsar N160 UG is powered by a 164.82 cc single-cylinder air-cooled petrol engine that produces 15.7 bhp of maximum power at 8750 rpm and 14.6 Nm of peak torque at 6750 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
