Bihar minister Nitin Nabin, who has been appointed national working president of the BJP, on Monday said this new opportunity is a blessing for the party and expressed his gratitude towards the current leadership.
Today on Monday, he pledged to carry forward the work done by his late father and former BJP MLA Naveen Kishore Prasad Sinha.
Nabeen was talking to reporters after paying floral tributes at his father’s statue in a park in Patna this morning.
He said, “I have always worked on the ideas of my father, who considered the party as his mother and considered the country paramount. I think that is why the party has provided me with this opportunity to continue working with BJP workers.”
Earlier, the BJP leader had gone to Mahavir Temple in Patna to offer prayers.
Bihar Cabinet Minister Nabeen expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and praised his leadership.
He stressed, “Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, development has reached every town and village of the country. At the same time, the Bharatiya Janata Party has also increased its sphere of influence and today stands as the party of the poor.”
Nabin emphasized that “no section in India today is untouched” by the development schemes of the NDA government.
He claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the idea of ’Antyodaya’ to every corner of the country.
Naveen said, “Antyodaya was started by personalities like Deendayal Upadhyay and Syama Prasad Mukherjee and promoted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee.” He further said, “Now Prime Minister Modi has taken it to every village and town of the country.”
On the question of the party’s strategy for the West Bengal elections, he said, “Whether it is Bengal, Assam or Uttar Pradesh, our party workers are always ready. This is the specialty of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Others work during the elections, but BJP workers work 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”
