Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday termed the Ram Mandir flag hoisting as ‘epoch-making’, saying “the wounds and pain of centuries are healing” as a 500-year-old resolution is finally being fulfilled with the formal construction of the Ram Mandir.

He said that Ram is a symbol of great strength in humility, Ram is a direction and a dignity. According to the PM, we have to stay connected to our roots. Covid is a symbol of the return of our identity. Be proud of your heritage and freedom from slavery mentality. He said that we will be free from Macaulay’s slavery in the next ten years. We became independent but could not free ourselves from the mentality of slavery.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his address with Siyawar Ramchandra ki Jai, he said that today the wounds of centuries are healing, the pain of centuries is reducing. This is the completion of that Yagya whose fire remained burning for five hundred years. He said that it is a symbol of accomplishment through determination, a symbol of Satyamev Jayate.
Earlier, while addressing the program, Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said that today the faith of crores has been fulfilled. He said that like the flag of this religion, the flag of Sanatan also has to be taken to the peak. According to the Sangh chief, they had to struggle for 500 years for this temple, today Sinhal ji, Ramchandra Das ji Maharaj and Dalmiya ji must have found peace after seeing this waving saffron flag. He said that the temple has turned out to be even more beautiful than he had imagined.
With this, along with the historical dates of 9 November 2019, 5 August 2020 and 22 January 2024, now 25 November has also been registered in the golden letters of Sanatan Dharma. The dignity with which the Dharma flag, a symbol of Sanatan tradition, faith and indomitable spiritual power, was consecrated on the peak of the Ram temple today, became an unforgettable, heart-touching and epoch-making moment for the saint community of Ayodhya and all the devotees.
