Bharatpur. Under the Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme 2025, the special train from Ranapratapnagar (Udaipur) to Haridwar-Rishikesh-Ayodhya-Varanasi-Sarnath via Kota-Sawaimadhopur will leave from Ranapratapnagar (Udaipur) railway station at 1:40 pm on 13 January 2026.
Assistant Commissioner Devasthan Department Mukesh Kumar Meena said that under the Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme 2025, the special train will leave from Ranapratapnagar (Udaipur) railway station on January 13, 2026 at 1:40 pm. A total of 970 passengers including 610 passengers of Udaipur division from Ranapratapnagar (Udaipur) railway station, 250 passengers of Kota division from Sogaria (Kota) railway station and 110 passengers of Karauli and Deeg districts will be able to travel in this train of the scheme. All passengers should reach all three railway stations on time before travelling, so that the entire process can be completed on time. He said that the passengers of Udaipur division have to report at Ranapratapnagar (Udaipur) railway station at 6 am, the passengers of Kota division have to report at Sogaria (Kota) railway station at 2 pm and the passengers of Karauli and Deeg districts have to report at Sawai Madhopur railway station at 4 pm. He said that during the journey, there will be one train in-charge to look after all the passengers, two government employees as instructors in each coach and one doctor and two nursing officers for medical arrangements who will take care of the health of the passengers during the journey. He said that it will be mandatory for the passengers to bring with them the hard copy of the online filled application form along with certified medical certificate, original Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar card and two passport size photographs, along with daily use items like essential medicines, cash for personal needs, clothes etc. He said that all the arrangements for accommodation, food etc. of the passengers in the passenger train for 6 days will be made by the Devasthan Department, Government of Rajasthan, which will be available to the passengers free of cost during the journey.
