New Delhi, February 10 (IANS). In today’s busy life, most of the people complain that they feel lethargic throughout the day and do not feel like working. One feels tired as soon as one wakes up in the morning, one’s body remains heavy throughout the day and one’s attention gets distracted quickly.

Be it studies, office work or household responsibilities, lack of concentration has become everyone’s problem. In such a situation, if an easy and effective solution is found, what could be better than that?

There are many simple exercises in yoga that activate both the body and mind without much effort. One of these is Kundalini Shakti-developing action. This action may seem very simple, but its benefits are amazing. The best thing is that it neither requires much space nor any special equipment to do this.

By doing this Yoga Kriya, laziness gradually starts going away. The muscles of the legs become active and blood circulation in the body increases. This has a direct impact on our energy level. After a few days of practice, the body starts feeling light and laziness in the morning reduces.

A major advantage of Kundalini Shakti-Developer is that it helps in increasing concentration. While doing this activity, there is coordination between body movement and breathing, due to which the mind remains focused on the present moment. This is the reason why after doing this the mind feels more calm and focused. This yoga practice is considered especially beneficial for those who study or do a lot of mental work.

If you take out just 5 minutes daily for this yoga exercise, you will start feeling the difference within a short time. In the beginning, doing it 20-25 times is enough. Gradually, as practice increases, its number can be increased as per one’s capacity. For better results, it can be done in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening as a light exercise.

The most important thing to keep in mind while doing this activity is not to put stress on the body. Keep the pace slow in the beginning and speed up the pace as the practice progresses. If there is any kind of problem in knees or legs, then definitely consult a doctor or yoga expert.
