New Delhi, 16 September (IANS). It may sound a bit strange that ‘more gold’ can also be beneficial for someone. In today’s time, where people consider less gold as “productive”, you may be surprised to know that sometimes getting too much sleep is no less than a boon for your body and mind.

Scientific research claims that a little more sleep can make your health even better. Both mind and mood remain fresh. When you get plenty of sleep, your brain is recharged in a way. The report of Harvard Medical School says that sleep again activates the “data processing center” of the brain. This keeps the mood better, focuses focus and reduces the level of stress.

We all know that deep sleep is nothing short of body servicing. Those who think that laziness is sleepy, stop a little because it is a kind of “repair process” for the body. Human growth hormone (HGH) emanating during sleep repairs your muscles, removes tiredness and transmits new energy in the body.

The Journal of Sleep Research found in a research that your immune system, ie immunity, is most active during sleep. People who get enough sleep, their body fights more well with viruses and bacteria.

According to some researches, when we get good sleep, our blood pressure and heart rate remains normal. This reduces the risk of heart diseases and the heart says, “Thank you!”

If you are also troubled by the habit of eating again and again, then stop, because one of the reasons for this is to get less sleep than in little sleep. Less sleep increases the level of hormones (ghareen) that increases appetite, which makes you feel hungry again and again. On the other hand, the body’s metabolism is balanced by taking good and slightly more sleep, and the chances of weight gain are reduced.

As it is said, everything is very bad. Similarly, if you are sleeping for more than 10-12 hours every day and still feel tired, then it can be a sign of a health problem.

There may also be reasons such as depression, thyroid, or sleep disorder. In such a situation, consultation of a doctor is necessary.

The next time someone tells you that sleep is another name for laziness, then say to Tapak, “No sir, this is the healing process of body and mind!”
