Brent Council has imposed a fine of 1,391 pounds i.e. about Rs 1 lakh 72 thousand on 31-year-old Akshatkumar Bhadre Patel, resident of Edgware, through North West London Magistrates Court. He did not appear in the court during the hearing, after which the charges against him were proved in his absence.
