Bayana The Municipality Bayana organized a 2025 campaign under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0 on Wednesday under the city Chalo Abhiyan under the direction of Executive Officer Shri Ankur Jain. On this occasion, a message of environmental protection was also given by planting saplings in the Electricity Department premises to commemorate one year of the scheme.
Chief Executive Technical Expert Farzad Chidda said that the main objective of the campaign was to make more and more people aware of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 and to provide benefits to the needy beneficiaries. During this time a special publicity camp was organized, in which the eligible poor families were informed about the scheme and they were given guidance about the application process.
Subdivision officer Bayana, Municipal Chairman Vinod Aggarwal, Executive Officer Ankur Jain, JEN Karan Singh, Amar Singh, Farzad Chidda (Chief Executive, PMAY), and CLTC Technical Experts and other officials were present in the program.
Chairman Vinod Aggarwal said on this occasion that it is our endeavor that every eligible poor person of Bayana Nagar should get the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 and no person should be deprived of housing.
During the program, information was also given about other civil friendly campaigns being run by the municipality. Campaigns like ‘Accepting 2025’ are a commendable step towards spreading the schemes of development to the last person of the society.
