Instagram has introduced another awesome new feature for content creators. This feature will save you time while editing your reels. Additionally, creators will now be able to create uncut reels in one take, speaking their script without any mistakes. Meta’s photo and video-sharing platform has added a “teleprompter” feature for short-video creators, allowing them to paste their video scripts and view them directly on the screen while recording their Reels.
How does a teleprompter work?
Just as anchor professionals rely on teleprompters to avoid mistakes while speaking from scripts in the studio, Instagram users will now have the option of an in-built teleprompter right in the app when creating Reels. Creators will no longer need to install a separate external teleprompter to read their scripts. Users can turn on this feature by going to the settings of their Instagram app.
To use this feature, first open the Instagram app on your phone.
Next, tap on the “+” icon and select the “Reels” option.
After that, go to the camera interface.
Here, on the left side of the screen, you will see several options like Audio, Effects, Green Screen, and Touch-up.
Below these options, you’ll find the new “Teleprompter” feature.
Tap on it to paste your video script.
You can then create your reel by reading the script that appears on the teleprompter.
This Instagram feature has been released recently; Therefore, it may not be available to all users yet. Instagram is rolling it out in a phased manner. If you don’t see this feature in your Instagram app right now, it should appear after you update the app.
Instagram recently released a “Snapchat-like” Instants feature to its platform. This feature is designed to share private stories, which are visible only for 24 hours. These stories can only be viewed once, and only by the specific users to whom the originator sent them. Photo Stories shared through Instants can only be viewed once. It is not possible to even take a screenshot of these. Users can only send live photos in real-time through this feature.
