New Delhi, May 26 (IANS). On May 26, 2014, Narendra Modi was sworn in as the 15th Prime Minister of the country. He has completed 12 years as Prime Minister. On this occasion, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has congratulated PM Modi on completion of 12 years of his tenure.
Chief Minister Yogi said that during the tenure of PM Modi, poor welfare got priority, while public participation gave development the form of a people’s movement.
In a post on social media platform
CM Yogi said that in these years, poor welfare became the priority of the government, Antyodaya transformed into a power of self-reliance and public participation gave development the form of a people’s movement. This is the vision that has created a ‘New India’ where women empowerment, innovation, economic progress and cultural renaissance are moving forward together. Firm on the borders, decisive against terrorism and full of confidence on the world stage, India is today established as a strong and reliable leader. The trinity of digital, demography and democracy is giving new momentum to the goal of ‘Developed India 2047’.
Referring to many beneficial schemes of the Central Government in his post, CM Yogi said that schemes like Pradhan Mantri Awas, Jan-Dhan, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala and Swanidhi have strengthened the confidence of the people by taking development to the lives of people. This belief is realizing the resolve of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’.
CM Yogi further said that he congratulates the Prime Minister for this epoch-making journey moving forward with the spirit of ‘Nation First’ and the determination of a self-reliant India.
