Tata Motors’ vehicles are now getting cheaper by Rs 2 lakh by adding the price cuts due to GST 2.0 and festive discounts.
Tata Motors has announced the benefits of up to Rs 2 lakh on the purchase of its passenger vehicles in the Indian market till 30 September. This includes the price cuts from 2025 GST reforms as well as cash discounts, exchange bonuses and festive offers. Tata Motors’ cars have become cheaper by Rs 1.55 lakh due to change in GST rules. Now 29% GST will be replaced by 4 meters smaller and 1200 cc (petrol) and 1500 cc (diesel) and only 18% GST instead of 31%.
Talking about Tata Tiago, till September 30, there are benefits of up to Rs 1.20 lakh on its purchase. This includes a reduction in ex-showroom price by up to Rs 75,000 and additional savings of up to Rs 45,000. After the implementation of GST 2.0, the price of Tata Tiago starts at Rs 4.57 lakh. Tigor is also available with a total savings of up to Rs 1.11 lakh, including a reduction in ex-showroom price by Rs 81,000 and additional benefits of Rs 30,000.
In 2024, the price of the country’s best -selling model Tata Panch has been severely cut by up to Rs 1.08 lakh due to GST reforms of 2025. Customers can avail excellent savings up to Rs 1.58 lakh on purchases till 30 September, including additional benefits up to Rs 50,000. The initial price of this micro-SUV is now only 5.49 lakh rupees (ex-showroom).
Talking about Tata Nexon, buying it before September 30 is getting the highest benefit of up to Rs 2 lakh. Due to GST 2.0, its price has been cut by up to Rs 1.55 lakh, besides Tata Motors has announced an additional benefit of up to Rs 45,000. In this way, the initial price of this compact SUV has come down to Rs 7.31 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Curve is saving up to Rs 1.07 lakh, including a price cut up to Rs 67,000 under GST 2.0 and additional benefits of up to Rs 40,000. The only hatchback model available for sale in petrol, CNG and diesel trim is saving up to Rs 1.76 lakh on Tata Ultraz. This ex-showroom price has been possible due to a decrease of up to Rs 1.11 lakh and various benefits of up to Rs 65,000. The initial price of Ultraz in the Indian market is now Rs 6.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
Talking about Harrier and Safari SUV, their initial ex-showroom price has been reduced to Rs 13.99 lakh and Rs 14.66 lakh respectively with a cut of Rs 1.44 lakh and Rs 1.48 lakh respectively. In addition, Tata is offering additional benefits of up to Rs 50,000 on the purchase of both SUV models by 30 September. Thus, customers can save a great savings of up to Rs 1.94 lakh and Rs 1.98 lakh respectively on purchasing a harriar and safari.
