New Delhi, June 13 (IANS). The rhetoric has once again intensified in Maharashtra politics. Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) spokesperson Raju Waghmare has reacted to Shiv Sena (UBT) and opposition parties on several issues. At the same time, sharp statements have also come out from various leaders regarding Trinamool Congress (TMC).
On the question of some Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs being in touch with the party, Shiv Sena spokesperson Raju Waghmare said that senior leader Eknath Shinde has already clarified that there is no need for any process like ‘Operation Tiger’ as at present the government has majority and there are no elections. There is no need for any such political operation and the party is in a stable position.
Meanwhile, there was also a reaction to the alleged controversial comments in the comedy show. Waghmare said that it is completely wrong to make objectionable comments about or about the body of a dead person in any stand-up comedy or talk show. Calling it against Indian culture, he said that making such comments and jokes by a professional person like a doctor is condemnable.
Raju Waghmare also commented on the alleged discontent within TMC. He said that many MPs are said to be angry with the working style of senior party leader Abhishek Banerjee. According to him, many times such situations arise in the party when disagreements between the leadership and senior leaders come to the fore.
Commenting on the same issue, Bihar government minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal said that during the TMC government in West Bengal, Abhishek Banerjee’s influence was very high and his role was prominent in many decisions.
At the same time, BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain made a scathing attack on TMC and said that there is huge dissatisfaction in the party and resentment against the government is also increasing among the public. He alleged that TMC was formed by separating from Congress and there were situations of political conflict even in its initial phase.
