Lucknow. There will be the third edition of the International Trade Show in Greater Noida from 25 to 29 September under the guidance of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Its preparation has been completed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch ITS on Thursday. In this, while the representatives from the country and abroad will appear in the rich heritage of UP, the Agri of UP will also see ‘Culture’. Five Agricultural University, Uttar Pradesh Seed Development Corporation, International Rice Research Varanasi will also participate during the trade show. If the FPO will get the platform for agricultural products, equipment, seeds, fertilizers and agricultural defense chemicals, then visitors will also be introduced with the advanced agricultural culture and technology of Uttar Pradesh. Here progressive farmers and companies of the state will get international platforms. In this, the entire Uttar Pradesh will be represented at one place. In the International Trade Show-2025, an area of one thousand square meters has been allotted to the Agriculture Department. Agriculture, agriculture education, agricultural institutions, Mandi Parishad-agricultural marketing directors, agricultural equipment, fertilizer, seeds and plant protection chemical manufacturers will also participate in it.
Five agricultural university will also participate
Five agricultural universities of Uttar Pradesh will also participate in the trade show. It will also include Chandrashekhar Azad Agriculture and Technology University Kanpur, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology Kumarganj Ayodhya, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology Vijayipuram Meerut, Banda University of Agriculture and Technology Banda, Sam Hinging Bottom University of Agriculture and Technology (Shiats) Naini Prayagraj. Along with this, Uttar Pradesh Seed Development Corporation, International Rice Research Varanasi will also participate.
More than 15 FPOs will participate in the dialogue of Agriculture Department
The Department of Agriculture also has a major stake in organizing the International Trade Show. With the dialogue and coordination of the Agriculture Department, more than 15 farmer producing organizations (FPOs) will participate in it. In this, various districts including Prayagraj, Etah, Jhansi, Meerut, Mahoba, Saharanpur, Barabanki, Gautam Budhnagar, Lucknow, Siddharthnagar will participate in this including three FPOs of Bulandshahr. Companies related to seeds, fertilizers, agricultural implements will also participate in the exhibition organized by the Agriculture Department. It will also participate in 17 agricultural mechanization company, 9 seed companies, 8 fertilizers, 8 agricultural defense companies.
Agriculture Department appointed nodal officer
The Department of Agriculture will hold an important stake in the International Trade Show under the leadership of CM Yogi. Nodal officers have been nominated for dialogue, coordination and care by the Agriculture Department. Additional Agricultural Director Prasar Prasar has been nominated as Nodal Officer for Dialogue-Communication with Agriculture- Agriculture Education and Seed Development Corporation. For Mandi Parishad and Agricultural Marketing, the State Agricultural Produce will play the role of Additional Director Level Officer or Deputy Director Agricultural Marketing Nodal Officer nominated by the Director of Market Council. Dr. Amarnath Mishra, Additional Agriculture Director (Seed and Area) for seed production companies and Joint Agriculture Director (Fertilizer) for companies making fertilizer in trade shows, Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Mishra have been named Nodal Officer. Joint Agriculture Director (Engineering) Narendra Kumar for agricultural equipment and drone companies and Additional Agricultural Director (Agricultural Defense) TM Tripathi have been named Nodal Officer for Pesticor Agricultural Defense Chemicals. A separate wing is operated in IIT Kanpur for the use of new technology in the agriculture sector and its related startups. Additional Agriculture Director (Prasar) will be the nodal officer to coordinate with IIT Kanpur.
