New Delhi. A woman filed a divorce case after a year and two months. He sought a living allowance of Rs 5 crore. On which the Supreme Court has taken strictness. During the hearing, the Supreme Court adopted a strict attitude and said that if the woman was adamant for the alimony of Rs 5 crore, then a very strict order would be given. A bench headed by Justice JB Pardiwala also said that the dreams of the woman are very big. The court ordered the woman and her husband to go to the Supreme Court arbitration center. After receiving the report from there, the Supreme Court will again listen to the case.

The bench of Justice Pardiwala called the woman’s demand inappropriate inappropriate. The court said that the woman’s attitude could force them to adversely order. The court told the woman’s husband’s lawyer that you would make a big mistake by calling her back. You will not be able to keep it with you. His dreams are very big. The court warned that the women should not be adamant on demanding a living allowance of 5 crores. The bench said that the marriage between the two sides lasted for only 1 year. In such a situation, the court hopes that the woman will make proper demand and end the case.

The woman’s husband is an engineer in Amazon. He had offered to pay 35-40 lakh rupees for the agreement. At the same time, the woman asked for Rs 5 crore to end the marriage. The woman’s lawyer denied this claim made by her husband in the Supreme Court. The lawyer said that the arbitration center asked to pay less than 5 crore. Earlier a case came in the Supreme Court. Where the woman sought Rs 12 crore, BMW car and a flat in Mumbai to end 18 months marriage. Then CJI BR Gavai told the woman that you are educated yourself, why not earn herself.
