Dausa. In Abhaneri, the 8-9th century historical heritage Chand Bawdi and Harshad Mata Temple will be organized on 26th and 27 September by the Tourism Department to make the widespread publicity of Chand Bawdi and Harshad Mata Temple to get tourists coming there.
He informed that at Chand Bawdi, there will be a presentation by street artists from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on September 26 and 27, in which the village safari will start by the village safari by raw mare dance, post riot, puppet dance, Bahupriya, Shehnai playing and camel car. On September 26, Rajasthani cultural evening will be held from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm in which Manganiyar singing, kutcha mare, Kalbeliya dance, Chang, Dhap Dance, Ghoomar Dance, Bhapang Vadan, Bhawai dance, Pad Dangal will be organized. Similarly, on September 27, Bhajan Sandhya will be organized from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm, in which hymns will be presented by Dilbar Hussain.
He informed that the number of tourists coming to Abhaneri has increased in the last years as a result of the continuous development work organized by the tourism department and the development works done in the region.

The Deputy Director of the Tourism Department said that in this festival being held since the year 2008, Rajasthani folk artists will conduct street presentations, various activities including rural traveling from camel vehicle and cultural evening in the evening. Also, the decoration of flowers and rangoli will be decorated both inside and outside the stepwell. Decorative lighting will be done on trees and plants in Bawdi garden at night.
