These days, a video of the first AC coach of Nandigram Express train running between Balharshah to Dadar (Mumbai) in Maharashtra is going viral on social media, in which one berth has been decorated like a honeymoon suite. People are questioning whether the train is being used to celebrate the honeymoon? Till now lakhs of people have watched the video and are making various types of comments. Now Railways has taken major action on this incident. He has suspended TTE.
The viral video is of the first AC coach of the train. In this the camera moves from outside to inside. The berth inside is decorated with flowers as if a honeymoon is about to be celebrated. The entire berth is decorated with balloons, flowers and bouquets. There are rose petals on the seat and a heart is made of it. Some lamps are also burning in the middle. More than five lakh people have watched this video so far.
While sharing the video, an ex-handle named Dr. Nemo Yadav wrote, Hello Ashwini Vaishnav, does Indian Railways give first AC coach to the passengers for honeymoon? There have been around 500 reposts of the video. More than three hundred and fifty users have commented. One user has written that if they are happy then let them be happy, at least no one is killing anyone.
The user named Chirag said that the question is why are they in such a hurry, go home and do it. One wrote that people were not getting seats and this brother arranged for a honeymoon and that too in the train. Apart from this, the video has been shared and liked many times. Railways has also reacted after the matter went viral.
Railways suspended TTE, ordered investigation
Railways has taken the matter seriously and has suspended the Train Ticket Inspector (TTE) on charges of negligence and ordered a detailed departmental inquiry. Railways said on Wednesday that on Tuesday, a married couple traveling in the first AC coach of Nandigram Express (11002 down train) had decorated the cabin berth like a honeymoon suite. For this he had taken the services of a decorator through online booking. Before doing so, no permission was taken for the entry of the decorator. Terming it a serious lapse, Railways has suspended the concerned TTE and ordered a departmental inquiry.
