Indian citizens want to use AI agent for government services: report

New Delhi, 26 September (IANS). Indian citizens desire more active, personalized and easy government services and are fully prepared to adopt AI agent. According to a report on Friday, 100 percent of the people said that they would use AI agent for government services.

Meanwhile, government agencies are exploring ways to improve accountability, efficiency and productivity to meet public hopes.

Global AI CRM leader Salesforce said in its report, “95 percent of Indian citizens are interested in automatic form in government schemes that they are eligible. They want the government to guess their needs in advance, simplify the procedures and provide services actively.”

About 94 percent of Indian citizens want pre -filled forms for government services. At the same time, 94 percent of Indian citizens are interested in obtaining auto emergency response coordination and personalized notifications.

Salesforce – South Asia President and CEO Arundhati Bhattacharya said, “India’s digital change is the most ambitious in the world and AI agents provide a great opportunity to pursue this journey rapidly. AI agents give the government a revolutionary opportunity to change the way of serving the government, so that the services can become fast, more easy and more easy and more.”

He said that by automatically automatically, AI agents can free public servants to focus on doing some better humans and tasks.

According to the report, 86 percent Indian citizens expect the government to actively provide more relevant services.

The most significant improvement in the government sector can provide 24/7 assistance in its service distribution, replying to the needs of citizens and improving data security.

The report states that citizens are more likely to use AI agent.

If AI agents provide access to 24/7 information and services, then 70 percent of the citizens would like to use it. At the same time, if the AI ​​agent provides more personalized assistance, then the interest of 55 percent of the citizens will remain in them. In case of securing personal information, 53 percent of the citizens would like to use AI agent.
